The short tiller to which the hydraulic ram is connected has been made longer to shackle a pair of blocks at a distance equal to CH quadrant radius.

Horizontal axle made longer and offset to the side to place CH quadrant in front of rudder stock.

A by-pass valve was already installed in the hydraulic circuit.
